BEFORE YOU DO

View as pictorial →

I hate to budge
I hate to interrupt
I hate to poke my nose into other people's affairs
I hate to dig up the past
I particularly hate to go back to a former lover;
But I just came by...
 To say 'hi'!
And to pick up my jewelry,
  If you don't mind!
And also, I came by to see her!

I hope she's beautiful,
I hope she makes you happy,
I hope she gives you cute little babies,
I hope she wakes up to the firm grip of your arms,
I hope the Sun sets in her eyes,
I hope she stays, and never breaks your heart,
I hope she keeps in shape and never grows fat, like a cow!
I hope you live happily hereafter.

I also came hoping,
That you'd look at my face,
And remember all the good olden days
When we played in the sand, building castles!
I came hoping,
That you'd look at my face against hers,
And not make the worst mistake of your life!
